OPEX and CAPEX benchmarking for Battery Recycling Facility

We completed a hydrometallurgical battery recycling benchmarking project covering North America, Europe, and Asia. In just eight weeks, the team delivered detailed OPEX and CAPEX analyses from Black Mass to recycled metal sulphates, including graphite and lithium recovery. The client praised the quality of the benchmarking analysis and the in-depth market expertise in international comparisons.

Next, we aiming to validate those recycled streams into battery-grade precursor feedstock using our in-house Chem4Batteries laboratory and leveraging our access to commercial PCAM and CAM facilities. This would support ongoing circularity efforts in the battery industry.
